Russian Savukkeen sisäkehys
Savukkeen sisäkehystä käytetään laajalti savukepakkausten pakkaamiseen. Paino- ja laserlaitteistomme avulla voimme valmistaa valkoista sisäkartonkia, laserkartonkia ja erilaisia painokartonkeja eri väreillä ja kuvioilla. Valkoisen kartongin päälle savukkeen sisäkehys, toteutamme räätälöityjä pyyntöjä asiakkailta maailmanlaajuisesti painokuvioista painotekniikkaan, kuten holografiseen ja laseriin. Paino- ja laserkehyspahvi voi tehdä savukepakkauksesta houkuttelevamman loppukuluttajille. Sisäkehyspahviamme on saatavana eri paksuudella ja leveydellä asiakkaan valinnan mukaan.
Sisäkehys auttaa savukeaskia säilyttämään muotonsa. Käytämme sisäkehykseemme Kiinassa valmistettua kartonkia. Sisäkehys vaihtelee 210 gsm:stä 250 gsm:ään asiakkaiden vaatimusten mukaisesti. Valmistamme paitsi valkoista sisäkehystä, myös värillistä sisäkehystä ja laminoitua sisäkehystä. Sisäkehyksen kuukausituotantokapasiteettimme on 300 tonnia. Sisäkehyksellä on erittäin hyvä suorituskyky eri savukepakkauskoneilla, kuten HLP, GD ja FORKE jne.
Inner frame paper, foil inner liner and resealable label: which component do you need?
These three components have different specifications. The inner frame is the paperboard collar that supports the box and its opening area. The alumiinifolion sisävuoraus wraps the cigarette bundle inside that structure. A resealable opening label covers a designed window in the liner and provides the peel-and-reclose action.
For an inner frame project, define the board construction, cut profile, creases, pack dimensions and packing-line requirements. For a foil liner, review the material layers, folding layout, surface finish and roll or cut format. For the opening label, review the window, overlap, lifting tab, adhesive contact surface and repeat-opening test requirements.
Develop the opening system as an assembled pack
A frame drawing alone cannot establish how a reclosure label will work. Check the clearance around the window and lifting tab, then evaluate the label on the intended liner in the finished pack. Agree sample acceptance criteria and the required packing-line trial before production approval.
